SHIPPING POLICY: FROM OUR DIRT TO YOURS

We hand-pack every bag of Dirt Tea right here in Ottawa, Ontario. We aren't a massive, soulless warehouse—we’re a small-batch operation, which means we take a little extra care to make sure your microbes arrive happy and healthy.

1. Processing Times We typically process and ship orders within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday). If you order on a Saturday, we’re probably out in the garden, so your order will head out first thing Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We don’t play games with "Free Shipping" by marking up our product prices. We believe in transparency. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your tea.

• Ontario & Quebec: Usually 2–4 business days.

• The Rest of Canada: 5–9 business days.

• The Maritimes & BC: It’s a big country! Please give our "polite Canadian couriers" a few extra days to reach you.

3. Tracking Your Tea Once your order is on the road, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can watch your tea travel from the 613 directly to your doorstep.

4. Wrong Address? Please double-check your shipping address! If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We’re good at growing plants, but we aren't mind readers.

5. Damaged Goods If your package arrives looking like it went 12 rounds with a lawnmower and the tea bags are burst, take a photo immediately and email us at letsgrow@dirttea.ca. We’ll make it right.

6. International Shipping For Phase 1, we are Canada-only. We love our neighbours to the south, but for now, we’re keeping the "Dirt Tea Gardeners" community strictly within the Great White North.
